Set inside of a residential apartment, Home Office is an exhibition concerned with ideas around work in the age of precarity; the contemporary propensity (or obligation) to overwork, exhaustion, self-betterment, work-ethic and the virtuousness attributed to working hard.
These ideas are explored through a range of found objects that include domestic appliances, exertainment equipment, wellness technologies, liquid breakfasts and other commercial products for the home, bringing in to focus the increasingly absent boundaries between work and non-work, home and office.
